I offer a range of physical therapy services tailored to meet individual needs including:

In addition I can provide consulation for nutrition guidance, yoga based mobility programs, and personalized care plans to enhance your active lifestyle.

What should I bring to my first appointment?
For your first appointment, please bring any relevant medical records, your insurance information, and wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity.
Do you offer telehealth services?
Yes! I offer 30-45 minute telehealth services for certain treatments, allowing you to receive care from the comfort of your home. Please inquire for more details.
What types of insurance do you accept?
I only accept Tricare Select or an out of network referral from Tricare Prime. I am proud to offer a discounted rate to our retired and disabled military population.
For all other patients, I offer cash based treatment on a sliding scale to help meet your needs.
I am happy to provide an itemized super bill if you wish to independently submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

About Me
I have been a physical therapist for 16 years, specializing in orthopedics, sports injuries and over the last 7 years have been using dry needling and breath work to restore muscle activation, optimal alignment and posture.
